The Sailor Starlights explain that the human bodies of Jupiter and Mercury are dead, and their Sailor Crystals were taken. Each Sailor Soldier has their own Crystal- the origin of their power and eternal heart. With the Sailor Crystals, their bodies can be reborn in this world. Sailor Uranus does not trust the Starlights. The trio tell the other Soldiers not to fight them, but Sailor Galaxia. In a flash, they are gone.

The Sailor Soldiers meet and determine the enemy came during the previous meteor shower. Raye and Mina decide to contact the Three Lights to determine if they are enemies or not. Bunny meets Darien's friend Asanuma on the way home, but he hasn't heard from Darien either.

At school, Seiya confronts Bunny on the roof, and forces her to remember what really happened to Darien. Bunny has flashes of Sailor Galaxia coming up and destroying his body, taking his Sailor Crystal- the Golden Crystal. But, she still cannot believe this and runs home.

A woman tells Galaxia she will have the Sailor Crystals. Another of the Sailor Anima-mates, Galaxia's minions, comes forward- Sailor Lead Crow.

Raye sneaks into school with Mina during lunch time. They track down the Three Lights. They transform. The Starlights give Mars a picture of the galaxy. The are Sailor Soldiers from another solar system.

At the Hikawu shrine, Sailor Lead Crow confronts Phobos and Deimos. They were all from the same system, with the mother star of Kronos. Galaxia gave Lead Crow a Sailor Crystal in exchange for becoming her Anima-mate and collecting more Crystals. Lead Crow kills Phobos and Deimos as Mars and Venus arrive, having sensed the power of Lead Crow. Mars attacks, but Lead Crow grabs her. The others then sense the power and come running up. Eternal Sailor Moon attacks and Lead Crow is killed. But Galaxia comes up from behind and takes the Sailor Crystals of Mars and Venus, destroying their bodies. Sailor Moon collapses.

In the thirtieth century, the King and Queen welcome Princess Small Lady Serenity back. The weather is unstable and Sailor Pluto reports to the Queen that the past is being affected and timelines are altering, which the Princess overhears. But, Neo Queen Serenity refuses to allow her to travel to the past again.

Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna decide to travel to their home castles, each on their own planet, to set up a defence shield around the solar system.

The Three Lights visit Bunny at home. Seiya sees Chibi Chibi with wings for a moment. They explain to Bunny that Sailor Soldiers across the galaxy have been attacked by Galaxia- including their home planet and princess.

At school, there is a new student, a girl named Kitty Bell. After class, Kitty starts chatting with Bunny and mentions she only trusts girls, but not girls who pretend to be boys, pointing out the Three Lights.

Neptune, Uranus and Pluto each arrive at their respective palaces. While Uranus is talking to Pluto through a video screen, Galaxia appears and takes Pluto's Sailor Crystal.

While playing with Chibi Chibi as the cats watch, Hotaru suddenly senses Pluto's need for help and leaves, fading away.

The cats run to find Bunny as she stands on the school roof. Kitty Bell comes up to chat, but then the cats burst in and recognize her, calling her a "cat freak."

At the Tsukino house, the Three Lights appear and confront Chibi Chibi. They want the incense burner she carries that smells of lilacs. The girl refuses. Then, a figure rises out of the container, explaining to Chibi Chibi that the disguised girls (the Three Lights) are her friends. It is the woman Chibi Chibi found collapsed in the park. The Three Lights gasp "Princess!"
