WHY || I love the webcomic Okashina Okashi. Very funny. Eri-chan is a really cute character, a genki girl and anime fan studying abroad in Tokyo until she and her host sister get sucked into UberTokyo. Basically, she's wearing street clothes, so I thought it would be a cute and easy costume to throw together for Sunday morning.

HOW || Really the only part I had to make was the Nyarr-chan plushie, which I hand sewed out of green fleece. The eyes and mouth have felt accents and craft foam teeth. I bought the wig off of eBay and basically just had to brush it out. The clothing was basically closet cosplay, except I bought the shirt from the OO web store. It was a very comfy and cute outfit to wear around on the last day of the con, although not many recognized the costume a couple of people did. ;)
