WHY || I have long been a fan of Sailor Moon, and Usagi is my favorite character. After so many years of love, I want to show my fandom of her. I've always loved the Neo Queen Sernity form in the manga, because it's just a little bit fancier than the Princess dress, with the huge bow. And, it's just not cosplayed as often as her other forms.
