NOTES || Tara and Kelli used to watch DBZ every afternoon on Toonami when they were roommates. Tara's favorite character was Piccolo. For the Halloween dance, she decided to dress up as him and Kel thought since her hair was short and dark a Gohan costume would be an easy duo to wear with Tara.
