  Bunny's family are all very typical, with her mother being a housewife, her father very protective, and her little brother a pest. Actually, this family is somewhat modeled after Naoko's own parents. This is the part of Bunny's life that could be considered normal, from having to do her homework to sleeping late, and not getting to go to the party with her father. But, as the story goes on, we see less and less of her home life, and more of her life as Sailor Moon. Bunny's father tries to protect his daughter as best he can. But, he also likes to make her happy, and easily agrees to making her crystal into a pendant after she was unhappy for a time. It is Bunny's mother that seems to be tricked the most. First, Rini appears and becomes the second daughter. But, when Rini returns to her own time and parents, Bunny's mom retains no real memory of the pink-haired "daughter" she once had. Shortly after that, she once again becomes an instant mother upon the arrival of Chibi Chibi. (Is it just me or do mysterious little girls always possess the power of mind-control?) However, none of this seems to have any lasting affect her, and the arrival of younger "sisters" seems to leave Bunny more free to fight for love and justice. But, Bunny's mom can still seem to sense something different about her daughter at times, commenting on how Bunny may look older or prettier (brought upon by the memory of her past life.) However, none of her family discover her secret identity, even though Sammy is an avid Sailor Moon fan himself.
